We are seeking new team members to work in the Maintenance Dept. on 3rd Shift.  We offer hourly wage + OT + full benefit package including employee discounts on a wide range of products. 

The maintenance senior lead position is responsible for performing and overseeing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

  • Ability to perform the job duties/functions of Masco Cabinetry’s Maintenance Technician Class A and lower
  • Follow all Masco Cabinetry team leader responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance personnel
  • Maintain / Lead maintenance scheduling and work completion during shift
  • Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions
  • Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
  • Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures

  • Two to three years leadership experience
  • Strong decision making skills
  • PLC Trouble Shooting Experience
  • Strong Industrial Maintenance Background
  • Mechanic history of at least 5 years
  • Experienced/self-sufficient in Electrical Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance
  • Electrical PM’s and troubleshooting
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and 7i datastream
  • Prolonged standing
  • May be required to frequently lift up to 40-50 lbs.
  • Overtime is required, including some weekends
  • May be required to work a flexible schedule
