JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for candidates who can independently take charge of an engagement; identify and address gaps in the engagement approach from a technology, solution, and management perspective; manage customer expectations and escalations; and supply creative thinking to address solution and implementation challenges and risks.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressure.
  • Experience configuring Lightening Sales and Service Clouds, including entitlements, workflows, cases and territory management.
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Sales Related or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience with the Salesforce.com CRM application.
  • Experience configuring the integration of 3rd party applications into client's Salesforce instance.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data management.
  • Certified Salesforce Admin.
  • System and integration troubleshooting.
  • Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, and roles.
  • Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Project management methodologies such as Waterfall & Scrum and the system development lifecycle.
