Support new product introductions, product phase outs, inventory planning, inventory days, and budget planning through inventory and scheduling related activities.


  • Forecast material usage and set target inventory parameters
  • Set-up and manage component lead times and lot quantities
  • Create and lead initiatives for inventory reduction
  • Support completely internal supply chain processes for material delivery
  • Determine inventory phase out plans of obsolete items
  • Monitor production and inventory levels against planned schedules
  • Using forecast data, develop both short term and long range production plans
  • Monitor and report inventory days; develop improvement plans and coordinate implementation with the plants
  • Review inventories, customer demand, planned orders for possible supply risks


  • Bachelor degree or APICS certification
  • Skills: Microsoft Excel, supplier management, international communication, multi-task and prioritization
  • Personal traits: self-motivated and directed, creative, achievement focused and team oriented
  • Good analytical/problem solving skills
  • Above average math skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility/accountability
  • Good independent decision making


  • Microsoft Access experience
