The Install Field Lead is responsible for providing leadership, project direction, training, and quarterly personnel reviews.  Daily responsibilities include but not limited to managing jobsite coordination / inspection, safety, quality, attendance and overall team performance.   


  • Promote and enforce a safe responsible work environment and ensure job site safety by following and reinforcing company safety policies and procedures as related to all facets of the job.
  •   Conduct random inspection of installed job sites both pre and post install for compliance with scope of work. Write inspection reports and follow-up on any open issues with superintendents.
  •   Perform random quality control audits of installation jobs to ensure Milgard quality standards are being met.
  • Use computer programs such as Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
  • Creates and executes MPS plans, meets MPS commitments and works within the guidelines of MPS; reflects Milgard’s business values and the Milgard philosophy in all business interactions
  • Incorporates Milgard’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the Milgard philosophy.

  • One or more years of window experience required and demonstrated job stability.
  • Computer Knowledge 
  • Keyboard skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills required

  • Clean DMV
  • Clean Background


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • In depth knowledge of product lines in order to answer questions about the installation and/or repair of our products in the field.
  • Able to compute basic math problems involving fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in and promote a team environment.


  • May be required to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Hand dexterity and strength.
  • Overtime may be required, including some weekends.


  • Fast-paced production environment in manufacturing facility.
  • Elevated noise levels requiring the use of safety protective devices.
  • Seasonable cold/hot depending on the season.
