Overview:
College intern to work on 5 person IT help desk team

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Work on a tightly integrated 5 person team to install and upgrade computer hardware and software. Additionally, provide support to over 600 clients on Masco HQ’s computer help desk. This includes telephone, desk side, and remote assistance, and interacting with clients for any other IT needs. You will also work closely with all the IT staff for support needs and other projects or initiatives as needed. Training and mentoring will be provided and no previous help desk experience is required.
