Delta Faucet Company has an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resource professional to join our Indianapolis corporate team. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support for the Indianapolis Human Resource team by facilitating activities to enhance the candidate and employee experience. This role provides administrative support as needed for the Human Resource team and will support activities such as scheduling interviews and candidate travel, running various reports, and executing employee events.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assists with recruiting activities by setting up interviews, pulling needed documentation and arranging travel for candidates
  • Prepares new hire orientation packets
  • Maintains learning catalog for training events
  • Coordinates a variety of employee events/activities including annual service awards, cook-outs, employee recreational team sponsorships and health screenings
  • Assists in management of community involvement events and coordinates/tracks monetary and product charitable donations
  • Handles invoices payment for department and inquiries regarding invoicing and reconciles P-card transactions as needed
  • Tracks temporary/contract assignments and month-end accrual report for the Indianapolis location
  • Maintains calendar for HR Leadership team and schedules appointments as needed
  • Handles coordination/scheduling of department meetings/events (offsite semi-annual all HR meetings…)
  • Handles catering needs for department meetings and department-sponsored events
  • Organizes and maintains department filing as needed, including training files
  • Runs applicant logs for affirmative action reporting for all locations
  • Provide back up for receptionist as needed

Education and Experience/Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree from a four year college or university with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience or training. This individual must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. This person must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. The ability to meet deadlines, work discreetly with confidential information and manage multiple priorities is required. Must be detail oriented and self motivated to complete tasks under minimal supervision.
