Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, FP&A, the Financial Analyst will administer the sales commission, rebate and co-op processes for the Sales organization.  In this role, the Analyst will need to develop relationships both internally and externally, manage complex issues within these processes and exercise excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to:

  • Manage complex processes related to sales commission, rebate & co-op
  • Develop and maintain cross functional relationships
  • Complete calculations from complex data sets
  • Analyze and organize data appropriately by anticipating business partner expectations
  • Ensure accuracy of Company payouts related to incentive programs
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics as required

Education /  Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited College or University
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance in a corporate environment
