  • Model for safety complaince while performing job duties
  • Coordinate environmental, safety, and occupational health and wellness programs
  • Coordinate Worker’s Compensation program
  • Administer first responder program
  • Peform Ergo assessments working with cross functional groups to address findings
  • Help to ensure OSHA compliance plant-wide
  • Coordinate worker’s compensation activities
  • Leader of root cause analysis for near misses and incidents
  • Meet or exceed state and federal government environmental, health, and safety compliance laws
  • Create, implement and maintain programs/procedures to facilitate a healthy and safe work environment
  • Train and direct employees to follow environmental, health, safety, and security procedures
  • Perform, document and file compliance reports based on local, state and federal standards 
  • Responsible for adherence to environmental, health, safety and security procedures
  • Regularly report performance to health and safety key metrics and initiatives
  • Support PPE required within the plant
  • Maintain calibration and maintenance of health and safety instrumentation
  • Make hazard observations and observe unsafe actions,and report both using Delta Faucet’s standard procedures
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in EHSS
  • Minimum one year experience in an EHSS role in a manufacturing environment preferred
