Professional Drivers needed!

We want you to join our Milgard team of delivery truck drivers. Our team focuses on being customer advocate providing the best service possible. Travel is local enabling you to be home every night with only occasional overnights. Every Milgard truck come with GPS installed for easy navigation. We offer a $200 monthly bonus for meeting metrics as well as pay per mile and per stop. In addition, Milgard offers full benefits including health, dental, vision 401K and paid vacation.

Milgard delivery drivers are responsible for delivering products to dealers, contractors, and jobsites throughout the location’s geographic region within a designated area. This position requires two or more years in delivery and /or professional driving with a clean Department of Motor Vehicle record.


  • Must complete the corresponding paperwork of delivery and return to the Distribution Department.
  • Ensure truck is properly loaded and load secured; truck or trailers are in operational condition and product is delivered without any damage sustained
  • Proper usage of personal protective equipment.
  • Reflect Milgard business values and the Milgard Values in all business interactions.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job.


  • Read, write and understand the English language
  • Read and navigate by map
  • Able to maneuver a large bobtail truck
  • Able to maneuver a Tractor trailers with up to 53’ trailers.
  • Ability to pull doubles when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills in being an advocate for the company and focusing on what is best for the customer


  • Valid Driver’s license for State of employment; Valid Class “A” drivers license based on specific location delivery vehicles and requirements
  • Clean Department of Motor Vehicle record
  • High school diploma or GED


  • Ability to lift 100 pounds
  • Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling
  • Hand dexterity and strength
  • Overtime may be required, including some weekends
