Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a District Sales Manager! This is a remote position and is responsible for the management of dealer sales Account Managers in the North Central United States territory. Candidates must be willing to reside in an area near Minneapolis, Milwaukee, or Chicago.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are in search of a results-oriented sales leader with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of District Sales Manager (DSM). This individual will drive the growth of our business by developing and leading a highly engaged sales team. Manages assigned region’s revenue, market share, staffing, expenses & profitability. Participates in the development and the implementation of strategic business plans for the Dealer channel.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for market penetration within the assigned geography.
  • Establish and manage performance goals for Account Managers within the district.
  • Accountable for sales team development through coaching, training, and timely feedback.
  • Drives consistent team utilization of sales call planning, CRM, and daily management tools.
  • Successfully delivers brand results and directly oversees district opportunity conversion.
  • Manage district P&L to achieve profitability, revenue, and expense management goals.
  • Analyze and monitor sales against defined metrics, goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for cultivating and maintaining business relationships with key customers.
  • Gather, analyze, and monitor channel related market data.
  • Participate in forecasting process and continuous improvement activities.
  • Guides sales team to help customers improve and grow their business.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 3+ years in sales management.
  • Leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively drive team development.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in the building industry.
  • Experience selling to dealers.
  • Prior cabinet or countertop sales experience.
