Are you passionate an agile Talent and OD practitioner with a strong depth and breadth of experiences who wants to make an impact? Masco Cabinetry is looking for a professional who has the ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyze issues and influence solutions/outcomes.


This individual must be self-driven and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders. You will be a key leader helping to drive the implementation of critical talent initiatives.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the design and execution of best-in-class Talent & OD strategies and solutions, such as:
  • Org and Talent Review, Leadership & Employee Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management/Development, Assessment and Selection, HR Analytics, Engagement & Retention, Org Design, Change Management, among others.
  • Partner with HR and talent leads across Masco’s global business units to align on priorities, approaches, processes, and tools.
  • Lead the facilitation of meetings, focus groups, and other working sessions to help solve difficult problems, align disparate viewpoints, and build capabilities.
  • Partner across functions and other HR disciplines to ensure work is integrated.
  • Develop and execute evaluation strategies to assess ROI of initiatives.
  • Conduct research on Talent/OD best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify, evaluate, engage, and manage external vendor partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Talent and OD space.
  • Experience in areas of Performance Development, Organizational & Talent Review, Top Talent Development & Pipeline Development, Leadership Development, and Org Design & Change Management.
  • Experienced in analytics, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action.
  • Experience in planning and managing large, cross-functional efforts.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize (and re-prioritize) in a fast-paced environment with shifting objectives.
  • Skilled in collaborating as part of a team and also working independently to deliver results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  • Superior facilitation and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand data and extrapolate to tell a story.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and managing work of external vendors.
  • Global or cross boundary/border experience
  • Experience working with HR enabling technology (such as Workday, Cornerstone)
  • Master’s Degree in Business in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Development, or related field.
