Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to build great teams and strategies to drive profitable growth? Are you well versed in eBusiness channel dynamics and familiar with key home improvement platforms? Do you lead by motivating, coaching, and mentoring and know how to influence across complex organizations? At DFC, we are seeking a leader who can drive eBusiness channel sales, while developing new growth opportunities in this space. This role will also be responsible for working with other channel leaders on omni-channel strategies and tactics and approaches for managing channel conflict in accordance with the company strategy. This position works closely with many areas of the organization and often leads and collaborates with cross functional teams, including working with senior management, customers, vendors, and Masco sister divisions.


  • Lead the eBusiness sales and business development team
  • Drive sales strategy and achieve channel and company targets
  • Develop and execute strategy for balanced channel growth, in line with overall company strategy
  • Develop new growth engines for the channel and facilitate the work with cross functional teams across DFC to implement new business development initiatives
  • Lead and provide strategic guidance for the development and presentation of business cases for key initiatives
  • Build a strong team culture to drive high performance and proactive knowledge sharing
  • Develop key relationships across the broader company and with other channel leaders – ensuring awareness and clarity of eBusiness sales objectives and management of channel conflict

Education and Experience:

  • BS in Business, Marketing or related field and at least 10+ years of sales, marketing or business development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Online/digital, eCommerce, and/or customer facing experience required.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven success working in a cross-functional leadership role.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and bring people along - and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, often competing priorities and can delegate and follow up appropriately.
  • Travel up to 25% should be expected.
