Job Description

Delta Faucet is seeking a strategic leader to work within the Human Resources team to translate business strategies into people insights at the functional or local level. The Director, Business Partnerships applies organizational design methodology to create and implement the best design that maximizes performance and results. This role holds the business leader accountable for driving the people agenda.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Lead company efforts with enterprise perspective for Masco and Delta Faucet Company HR strategies, initiatives and programs, ensuring global consistency and delivering impactful results.
  • Build and execute talent plan for functional areas, addressing the most critical needs.
  • Collaborate and partner across the HR organization to ensure successful execution of HR processes. Serves as the escalation point for the business to resolve HR process issues.
  • Perform talent and organization diagnoses to align with and drive strategy. Prioritizes and executes on solutions that will deliver the most benefits. Accountable for bench strength and the organizational health in functional areas.
  • Translate annual long-range business plan for assigned function/location into a people plan aligned to Masco and Delta Faucet Company strategies. Partner to create functional strategies.
  • Partner to create organizational structures and design roles to enable functional initiatives Review workforce analytics/trends.
  • Diagnose root cause or issues and identifies performance gaps by using a structured problem-solving approach.

Education and Experience/Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Effective problem solver with strong analytical skills to identify root causes, understand trends, develop recommendations and hold partners accountable to own and deliver.

  • Strong client relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in developing consultative relationships with executive leaders, including the ability to influence decision makers to think strategically and critically

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor and respond to HR and company metrics

  • Demonstrated ability to drive broad complex projects to successful completion

  • Has the ability to taking an opposing stance

  • Collaborative team player

  • Ability to creates and leverages internal and external networks

  • Ability to travel approximately 20%.


Preferred:

  • A combination of HR experience in the following disciplines: Organizational design, performance management, succession planning, business consulting, compensation, employee engagement, coaching, learning & development, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations
