We are hiring a Dealer Support Representative to join our Dealer Support team!

Are you someone that enjoys working with people and building strong relationships?  The Dealer Support Representative, under general supervision, will be responsible for managing assigned dealer accounts with a focus on offering exceptional customer service while working with the team to achieve monthly shipment goals.


  • Can you work in a fast-paced environment?  As a Dealer Support Representative, you’ll handle multiple tasks such as processing return authorizations per company policy, assisting dealers with part number requests, and preparing export documentation.
  • Are you customer centric?  You will be working closely with your assigned dealer customers through a relationship-based approach to assist them with orders, other product requests, and promoting Watkins Wellness’ products.  You’ll also work to resolve any customer issues by using strong problem-solving skills in an expedited manner.
  • Are you goal oriented?  This position requires you to work both independently and within a strong team environment to achieve results.
  • Are you organized?  You will work and coordinate with several other departments to prepare dealer orders for shipment per company’s guidelines.  You will also work with established finance companies to assist the dealer accounts with obtaining credit approvals for their shipments and proactively check-on credit statuses as needed.
  • Are you detail-oriented?  In addition to responding to customer calls and emails, you will also maintain records of order statuses and changes and reconcile invoices and sales orders to ensure they are correct.
  • Are you a skilled communicator?  We are looking for someone who has excellent phone and email etiquette and can articulate information in a professional and thoughtful manner.  In this position, you will interact with dealers and other department personnel on a daily basis.
  • Do you look for process improvement?  You’ll be asked to suggest how to implement changes that can increase the efficiency of the department.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field is a plus.
  • One to two (1-2) years of related experience and/or training.  The equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks successfully.
  • Basic proficiency level in MS Office applications such Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.
