The Masco Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing data and analytics strategies for the Masco Enterprise.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Working as a strategic partner with Masco HQ departments and business units to support new insights and reveal opportunities
  • Establish and oversee data strategy and analytics offerings, process, and procedures within the organization
  • Build out capabilities in data reporting, analytics, data governance, data analysis, data quality, and metric dashboards within the organization
  • Train and educate staff at all levels of skill and expertise on how to best leverage tools
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to grow the data and analytics discipline
  • Interacts with individuals and teams throughout the Masco Enterprise
  • Credentials and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data and Analytics/Business Intelligence architecture
    • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
    • Good understanding of the practical application of existing technology
