Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Customer Strategy Manager at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for making KraftMaid the brand of choice for kitchen designers and merchants at a valued and critical retail partner.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize brand share within the channel by driving 1) designer engagement 2) showroom excellence 3) identifying and executing programs that drive performance
  • Partner with the customer’s merchant team to expand their share in the category as well as KraftMaid’s brand share.
  • Design and execute market research and data analytics to answer critical channel questions and make fact-based decisions. 
  • Collaborate with the customer, internal sales team, and brand team to develop channel strategy. Translate strategy into actionable plans, projects, and programs. 
  • Measure and optimize return on investment for plans, projects, and programs.
  • Develop and implement a holistic designer education and engagement program that leverages all available touch points – including training and other event based programs, sales calls, and digital opportunities.
  • Maximize brand impact within the channel by developing and driving a comprehensive showroom strategy.
  • Develop, measure, and drive critical KPI’s, not limited to: designer satisfaction, designer advocacy, share, showroom impact. 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Marketing experience – brand or channel, building products / durables preferred
  • Experience with market research and data analytic projects.  Ability to design experiments, ask the right questions, and understand, interpret and present data / findings is critical. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel skills critical (basic functions / pivot tables).
  • Organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the internal and external organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in all formats – including written and formal presentations
  • Financial literacy including budgeting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • Experience working with a big box retailer
  • Sales experience
