Customer Service Warranty Administrator

Location:  St. Thomas, Ontario

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service and Warranty processes
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and work without supervision
  • Strong learning agility
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Bilingual preferred – able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in French and English

What you will do:

As the primary point of contact for all customer warranty related issues for bathing products you will be responsible for:

  • the timely review and follow up of all internal and external customer calls and emails related to product complaints, concerns, questions
  • the verification that all warranty claims meet our company policies and procedures
  • the scheduling of Field Repair Technicians to repair/inspect product
  • the preparation, tracking and follow up of all service calls and related paperwork
