We are currently seeking skilled problem solvers to join our Customer Care Team! Are you an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and offer unique and innovative solutions? WE WANT YOU!

Responsibilities we’ll trust YOU with:

o   Multi-task in a team orientated, customer focused, fast-paced call center environment.

o   Input data into customer files: customer orders for product shipments and check reimbursements, create follow up tasks, notes, diagnostic sheets, and other knowledge documents via Sales Force software application.

o   Communicate with customers via phone/email/chat in a friendly, professional and articulate manner. (Spanish or French Bilingual is a plus).

o   Handle customer complaints and inquiries on paint, wood, and concrete product lines.

o   Provide education, compensation and assistance to customers while using the “customer for life” philosophy.

o   Log customer files with speed, attention to detail and 100 % accuracy.

o   Perform work with a “do it right the first time” mentality.

YOUR experience includes:

o   Minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED

o   Ability to prioritize customer service orders and maintain customer service call activity records

o   Possess knowledge of customer relations principles and practices

o   Attention to detail and accuracy

o   Possess considerable knowledge of English grammar, spelling, pronunciation and diction.
