The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and processes as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer and Sales Support Team.


  • Provide efficient, courteous service by providing information and resolving routine and non-routine inquiries in a timely manner within established guidelines
  • Provide overall day to day customer service support including but not limited to order status, delivery information, issuing customer return authorizations and credits
  • Enter purchase orders into system with high level of accuracy and volume
  • Participate in continuous training on policy, product and processes
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned


  • Above average and demonstrated interpersonal skills should be coupled with a courteous, friendly and positive attitude, which can be displayed by articulate and excellent phone and writing skills that promote a positive work atmosphere
  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management
  • Basic computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products
  • Associates degree in a related field or 1 – 3 years of experience in related field
