We are seeking a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager to join our Digital Marketing team!


IN A NUTSHELL

In this newly added role within our organization, you will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and partner closely with the Digital Marketing and Brand Management teams to develop lead nurturing strategies and initiatives that generate an increase in sales, by creating a better shopper experience for our consumers. This role is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, including the Salesforce CRM and Eloqua Marketing Automation system.


IS THIS YOU?

  • Are you a strategic leader? In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the areas of CRM, Marketing Automation and lead nurturing. You’ll also develop and oversee the successful execution of our annual strategies in these areas. You’ll also direct all marketing efforts in the areas of CRM and Marketing Automation, continuously optimize plans and programs, and monitor key performance metrics to maximize return on investment and proactively identify course corrections.
  • Are you collaborative? In this role, you will work alongside the Paid Media Manager and the Digital Operations Manager on the overall digital strategy. You will also collaborate with Brand Management, Creative, Marketing Content, Product Management, Retail Marketing, and Sales teams to meet overall objectives.
  • Are you system-savvy? In addition to managing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform, you will also need to work with developers to ensure successful rollout of new enhancements to the system.
  • Are you process oriented? We will look to you to improve processes and visibility into consumer profile data, using the CRM platform. You will also work closely functional leaders in Marketing, Customer Service, and subject matter experts, to identify develop and deploy new business processes for Dealers, Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Are you customer focused? You will be instrumental in the customer care of our dealer network as it relates to assisting and training on our CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Can you build strong partnerships? To be successful in role, you will need to be able to build productive and positive working relationships with our agency partners to ensure they are providing exceptional results in developing strategies, plans, and targets. You’ll also be responsible for providing business user requirements, technical project management support, KPI tracking, and delivery throughout all phases of digital projects, and identify and establish new relationships and resources as required.
  • Do you inspire others? You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to success through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and professional development. You’ll also be asked to hire and effectively onboard top talent, when appropriate.
  • Can you manage a budget? You will develop and manage the expense budget for CRM and Marketing Automation initiatives while collaborating with the Director of Digital Marketing and Brand Managers to assure spending is consistent with overall brand strategy.
  • Do you stay current? We will need you to keep ahead of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Lead Nurturing trends by investing in trainings, certifications, webinars, networking events, and other opportunities to sharpen mastery and stay current.
  • Can you tell a compelling story? In this role, we are looking for a strong presenter who is comfortable using data to convey conclusions and recommendations to audiences such as senior level management, Marketing leadership teams, and other forums such as sales or dealer meetings.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. The equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 7-10 years’ experience working with sophisticated marketing programs and/or general marketing experience. At least 3 years of project management experience is desired. Experience in B2C Lead Nurturing is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing team leadership team and directly managing others is required. Experience managing outside agencies is strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, and Content Management systems (e.g. extranets, sales portals) is required. Experience specifically with Salesforce CRM and Eloqua Marketing Automation is preferred. Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.
