Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Controller, for our Builder Channel, at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Provides financial leadership and participates as a contributing member of the Business Team by providing financial information, tools and analysis to support the evaluation of business opportunities, effective financial reporting, financial forecasting, budgeting and decision support as well as adequate internal control processes and driving process improvement efforts.


  • Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Conduct monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual business plan preparation for assigned business.
  • Analyze, validate and communicate financial results monthly.
  • Provide actionable information and analysis to the business to which will drive decision making.
  • Provide insightful analysis which considers risks and options.
  • Participate in designing and implementing world class financial processes, controls, and enabling systems which will be critical to the future growth of the business.
  • Function as a financial business partner for the Builder Team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 5 years financial leadership role experience.
  • Broad and deep business perspective from prior experience in business and/or a manufacturing analyst role.
  • Prior profitability analysis (business, product, and customer), budgeting, financial analysis, profitability and expense analysis and control experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior ERP experience (Oracle).
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.


  • MBA.
  • Building materials industry experience.
