Position Summary

Delta Faucet Company, America’s faucet innovation leader and a subsidiary of Masco Corporation, (NYSE: MAS, a Fortune 500 company) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a member of Delta’s executive leadership team, the CFO will be part of a successful and growing global organization that manufactures industry-demanded brands (Delta®, Brizo® and Peerless®), sells products in more than 53 countries and has a leading share position in its primary segments. Reporting to the President, the CFO will help lead one of Masco’s largest business units and help drive business growth and profitability, participate in setting strategy and share responsibility for overall business results. In addition to primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, leading and controlling all financial-related activities, the CFO will help shape Delta’s future core business through participation in the business unit’s long-range and annual operating plans.


The incumbent will have direct responsibility for the following activities: accounting and reporting, cost accounting, financial forecasting and analysis, transactional pricing, governance and compliance, due diligence activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures, and customer financial services.  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develops and aligns long-range business, financial and operating plans.
  • Strategically partners with the GM/President and leadership team to drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on risk assessment, contracting excellence, pricing, business ventures, customer profitability, and cost control.
  • Directs and leads all financial reporting and analysis needs. Ensures the accurate and timely close of financial statements on a monthly basis. Provides a review to appropriate Masco management and Delta Faucet Company management.
  • Leads all aspects of the auditing, control and governance functions and the identification, assessment, and mitigation of business-wide risks.
  • Leads reporting, forecasting, and planning process, including distribution of appropriate financial targets for profitable growth of the various business segments and proactive analysis of the financial statements for opportunities to increase income.
  • Provides leadership to expand return on investment through efficient deployment of capital investments, working capital and resources.
  • In partnership with the senior leadership team, explores, and identifies revenue growth opportunities for the business.
  • In conjunction with service operations and channel leaders, manages working capital levels to maximize cash flow opportunities.
  • Balances short-term budget demands with long-term financial health.
  • Collaborates with the VP of IT on future investment opportunities to deliver against long-term goals related to the evergreen IT strategy.
  • Builds and drives a proactive digital transformation within the finance organization to enable better decision making through predictive insights.
  • Engages with external customers as needed to understand the market landscape and align business and financial priorities.
  • Develops talent for current and future needs of the business. Includes attracting, retaining and transitioning talent within Delta Faucet Company’s Finance function and throughout the organization.

Education and Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline from four-year college or university; MBA and CPA highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a CFO or Controller of a large ($1B+)  publicly traded multi-location business leading the entire spectrum of finance and accounting operations including business unit and parent company financial reporting,  financial planning and analysis, budgeting/forecasting, interpretation and adherence to parent company accounting policies, capital project justification, oversight of accounts receivable and payable processes and internal control design.
  • Experience in performing due diligence with both organic growth opportunities and add-on acquisitions.
  • Experience in leading large change management projects including digital transformation, visualization, and automation in an organization.
  • Hands on experience in an SAP environment highly preferred

  • Proven organizational agility skills and the ability to establish credibility quickly and build confidence with customers, key stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Travel up to 25% is required.
