Come build the future with us!  We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated individual who is passionate about marketing, brings a strong appreciation for sales and can develop and sustain value added programs that support Masco Canada’s sales channels and customers. 

Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, you will join a growing and evolving marketing team and collaborate closely with a dynamic group of sales professionals.  You will bring a focused effort around our wholesale distribution and building material sales channels and segments. Working closely with internal and external partners you will maintain, develop and deploy new initiatives, programs and support tools that drive channel preference for Masco Canada products.

We are looking for a team player with strong business acumen, innovative ideas, excellent communication skills, and a drive to win. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • Min 3-5 yrs of progressive experience in marketing
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French language skills are an asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Access)
  • Ability to travel between Masco Canada locations, customers, sister companies, and suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
  • Strong track record of delivering break-through ideas and demonstrating effective execution
  • Dedicated team player yet very self motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • An interest in career progression with Masco Canada and/or Masco Corporation

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership over the planning and implementation of Masco Canada’s presence at trade shows
  • Responsible for leading the marketing effort for all St Thomas based customer training and engagement events and tours
  • Develop, maintain and deploy innovative product display solutions that convey our segment specific value proposition
  • Work collaboratively with brand and product marketing to create market leading programs and support tools.
  • Work closely with Masco Canada sales teams and key channel stakeholders to ensure strong voice of market / customer throughout planning and implementation process
  • Create winning go to market strategies that support assigned sales channels / segments / customers.
  • Represent our company/products in select customer meetings, trade shows, and events
