Our Frame Building department is searching for reliable and enthusiastic Team Members for our first shift operation!  Any experience you have in manufacturing or construction is ideal; but we are willing to train the right people. This is a fast-paced job where quality and safety play a key role in your success.  We are looking for candidates who pay attention to details and who can work safely at a steady pace for 8-12 hours a day on their feet.  Overtime may be mandatory.  The starting wage is $13.13 per hour and reaches $17.66 per hour after 36 months!  This position is paid weekly.  Healthcare benefits are provided after 60 days and include free life insurance and short-term disability benefits!

  • One year of production experience or similar
  • Sets up and operates variety of woodworking machines and uses various hand tools
  • Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools.
  • Glues, fits, and clamps parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit, using clamps or clamping machine.
  • Handle multiple projects and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain documentation and quality system requirements
  • Participating actively in problem solving sessions, continuous improvement initiatives
  • Cleaning and maintaining work space
  • Strong work ethic
  • Two to three years of work experience
  • Knowledge of safe work practices


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Experience with power tools, sanding and measuring is desired, but we are willing to train the right people!
  • Quality, accuracy, and the ability to work within a crew in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and team driven
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to constant change
  • Simple math skills
  • Read/Write basic English
  • Keep goal commitments
  • Able and willing to work overtime


  • Required to frequently team-lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • Hand dexterity and strength

  • Due to the physical demands of this job, it is essential that correct lifting techniques, proper body mechanics, as well as applicable safe work practices be utilized.


    • Work performed in a warehouse type facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
    • Steel toed shoes are required. Reimbursement available after 60 days of employment.
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and provided.
