The Business Solutions Manger - Digital works directly with Marketing, Customer Solutions, IT, and our Go-to-Market leadership to identify and mature solutions that allow us to get closer to our customers and consumers. This role provides an exciting mix of technical and traditional challenges. If you enjoy working with a cross-functional team to tackle problems, this position is for you!

Ideal candidates will blend their knowledge of digital trends, analytical skills, insights into our markets, customers, and consumers, and financial prowess to elevate and champion the best opportunities. They will work side by side with eBusiness, Marketing, Sales, and other colleagues across Delta to design, plan and implement business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with partners across all relevant business functions
  • Lead collaborative efforts to develop a digital vision and roadmap
  • Guide the organization through an evolving digital transformation
  • Develop compelling cases for change based on generation of business value and new capability
  • Inform and drive system and solution architectures
  • Drive effective digital projects execution
  • Define and implement a partner strategy that supports roadmap execution and evergreen IT principles

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital functions such as web page design, analytics, marketing operations, ecommerce operations, planning, technologies/platforms, etc.
  • Experience working at a digital agency and/or working with digital agencies and other external service providers as a client
  • Developed negotiation and consensus building skills
  • Significant experience leading complex projects
  • Proven communication and related interpersonal proficiencies
