JOB SUMMARY:
Experience a high-energy, fast-paced work environment that's both competitive and rewarding. Responsible for delivering new account growth for assigned targets within the Builder Channel. Actively solicits the participation and involvement of Masco Cabinetry personnel in the execution of acquiring profitable sales growth.


PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate in the development of the new sales growth targets and sales plan
• Execute on securing new business targets and creating long term responsibility transition plan
• Manage sales pipeline opportunities related to growth targets


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Associate’s degree in construction, business, marketing or related area.
• 3 years of sales and relationship building experience.
• Ability to function effectively without daily interaction with management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational, and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, marketing, or related area.
• Experience and proficiency with CAD programs, such as 20/20, Planit, etc.
• Kitchen cabinetry or building materials background.
• Prior cabinet and countertop layout experience.
