Overview

A great opportunity to join Masco's Information Systems organization and work on a high performing sub-team that supports all aspects of our data center and network infrastructure operations. We are seeking an individual that is driven and motivated to pursue the right technologies in support of the IT operations and networking environment. The environments serve our headquarters in Livonia Michigan along with our multiple remote office locations.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, design and implement server and storage infrastructure solutions and procedures
  • Support datacenter operations functions including system outages, system maintenance, provisioning, alerting and monitoring
  • Work with the Masco Infrastructure and Security Teams supporting the Corporate office and remote sites
  • Research, communicate and deploy security patches to infrastructure systems, clients and applications
  • Incident management for server and storage incidents
  • Review and report on datacenter events including outages and resource allocation using existing tools
  • Work with third party vendor managed service providers for additional storage guidance and support
  • Work with partner support for escalations
  • Provide support for Active Directory management
  • Administer client and server asset management and lifecycle
  • Manage SCCM environment for the Corporate office
  • Assist with other datacenter initiatives as needed

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field preferred
  • Experience in an enterprise environment a plus
  • Experience with virtualization technology a plus
  • Experience with Windows Server and Client a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM required
  • Experience with all Active Directory services
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work on tasks independently and with others across functions and business units
  • Ability to work some after-hours in support of scheduled maintenance or critical issues
