Job Description


Assembly produces quality products at or below takt time. They assemble both finished products and sub-assembly components. They are required to produce products using power tools, hand tools, computers, and water/air testers. Each assembly position require good eye & hand coordination. Assemblers work on assembly line or sub-assembly areas that require job rotation. Assemblers are required to read and understand Bill of Materials. Each assembler is responsible for supporting the company’s mission statement and the overall business objective. 

Nature & Scope:

Assemblers are required to have good verbal and written communication skills. Some assemblers may work in high performance team environment while others work independently to obtain company goal. Assemblers are expected to follow one-piece flow except at designated work stations. They are also required to read and follow standard work. Periodically assemblers are required to attend additional job training to ensure continuous improvement. This position reports to Traditional/Luxury Group Leader.


  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
  • Detect and report defective materials or equipment issues

Education and Experience/Skills

High School graduate or GED

Fast-paced team environment experience is preferred

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required 

Ability to interpret reports & analyze data
