We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our American Hydrotherapy Systems (AHS) team!


Are you a collaborative marketing professional who can drive new initiatives?  This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team by supporting a wide variety of activities.  As the Marketing Specialist you will work closely with the AHS Director of Sales and Marketing, AHS Brand Manager, Freeflow Spas® and Fantasy Spas® Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist and even the Sales and Product Management teams.  Your main priorities will include providing ongoing marketing and creative support to achieve business objectives as well as develop and execute marketing content.


  • Are you a team player? You’ll provide administrative assistance to the Marketing team across all functions.  You will also collaborate internally with AHS and Freeflow Spas®/Fantasy Spas® teams to support various marketing efforts and promotions while also working with both Brand Managers and the Digital Marketing Specialist in creating and executing our social and content strategy.
  • Are you organized and detail oriented? You’ll assist the Brand Managers in the management of point-of-purchase (POP), merchandising programs and event logistics (e.g. Dealer events and Spas for a Cause events).  You will also coordinate with the IT Database Specialist and our third-party partners to ensure all eCommerce websites are accurate and relevant.
  • Are you a planner? You will develop, coordinate and effectively manage timelines for departmental projects.  You’ll also establish and execute content calendars for segments, channels and campaigns, establishing an effective rhythm for ongoing communications and seasonal campaigns in partnership with the Brand Managers.
  • Do you have creative ideas? You will coordinate photo shoot logistics of products, accessories and props, while assisting with set up, on-site support and tear down of products.
  • Can you work efficiently in Microsoft Office Excel? You will assist in monitoring, documenting and reconciling monthly budgets and expenditures.
  • Are you customer-focused?  You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to mass merchants and dealers by fielding calls and emails, responding in a timely manner. You will also communicate updates to our internal Dealer Support team while managing Dealer inquiries and special requests.
  • Do you enjoy developing new content? You will be responsible for organizing, writing, programming and scheduling content for email and web channels, including automated nurturing and post-purchase emails.  You will also review and edit all marketing materials and announcements.
  • Are you goal driven?  You’ll regularly monitor and report out on brand health Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related area and 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training.  The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Some experience with Adobe suite such as Photoshop, InDesign and other video editing software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.
  • This job may require some travel (5-10%) at conferences/meetings, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
