Ready to accelerate your career? Put your passion and dedication to work by joining Masco’s Accelerated Career Experience (ACE) program. This leadership development program is a 2- year rotational leadership program committed to developing future leaders and accelerating careers.
The ACE program offers a unique opportunity to learn and train in two cross- functional business rotations that are chosen based on your background and skills, your career interests and the needs of the business. As a part of a large national company, ACE Associates have the opportunity to work in multiple locations around the country.
As an ACE Associate, you will begin the program knowing which of the segments you will be placed into upon graduation – Customer Facing (Customer Service, Marketing or Sales), Operations (Operations or Supply Chain) or Support (Business Development, Finance or Human Resources). You will spend a portion of the program rotating through each segment and building and understanding of various cross-functional processes, while developing general business and leadership proficiency.Within two 12-month rotations, ACE Associates will receive:

  • Rotations in different business functions and locations
  • Business and Management training
  • Direct exposure to the Masco Operating System (MOS). MOS provides the framework to drive strategies to the point of impact, and facilitate an increasing ability to develop our collective critical thinking skills to prioritize, understand, and close gaps through tools such as Kaizen.
  • Structured goals for each rotation

What we will be looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Ability and willingness to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations within the first two years
  • Demonstrates action orientation in complex and rapidly changing conditions
  • Capable of delivering results in new and challenging situations
  • Propensity to examine problems in unique and unusual ways
  • Strong sense of self-awareness
  • Skilled communicator who can work with diverse types of people
