Do you enjoy a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment?  If so, there is a great opportunity as Delta Faucet’s 3PL Services Manager!  This position is essential to support growth, while improving service to our customers and reducing our total Logistics costs.  Delta’s 3PL Services Manager owns our 3PL strategies from ideation through implementation, and works closely with stakeholders and vendors to drive velocity and cost improvement within our network.


The position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing logistical (3PL) opportunities that support our cost, service and strategic growth goals for both finished goods and component commodities.  In this position, you will collaborate closely with external entities and other members of the logistics and supply chain teams. 

  • Lead distribution network optimization analysis/efforts and key project implementation

  • Identify and qualify potential providers that expand Delta’s distribution capabilities

  • Manage capacity and evaluate current and future distribution warehouse space needs. 

  • Collaborate with corporate real estate team to identify and negotiate for suitable commercial warehousing space

  • Negotiate cost structure for the 3PL services and coordinate RFP’s as needed

  • Develop and implement Service Agreements and Statements of Work that clearly define expectations and requirements

  • Cultivate lasting and collaborative relationships with providers and key internal partners. 

  • Identify and implement metrics (i.e. scorecards & dashboards) that effectively measure performance and ensure corrective actions are identified and implemented that drive improvement

  • Champion culture of continuous improvement with 3PLs by utilizing Lean/6 Sigma methodologies to improve service and reduce costs

  • Stay ahead of innovations, developments, and trends in the supply chain and distribution fields

  • Participate in logistics strategy/vision process to support Delta and Masco distribution initiatives

  • Recruit, lead and develop Logistics Intern and Internship program

Education and Experience:

•Bachelor’s Degree required with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.

•5+ years of related Supply Chain experience, such as Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing or Operations.  Ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct experience managing facilities (owned / 3PL).

•It is desirable that this individual has 3+ years experience managing distribution facilities (owned and 3PL) and implementing start-up operations and multi-faceted solutions.

•Experience with 3PL account management and knowledge of inventory transactions/controls and ERP/WMS systems are highly desired.

•Consistent record of identifying and implementing cost savings programs and achieving exceptional supplier performance and customer service.

•Experience effectively managing multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

•Must possess advanced negotiation, project management, problem-solving, continuous improvement, collaboration and analytical skills.

•Must be willing to travel.  Estimated travel is 25% but will fluctuate based on project and business needs.
