How would you make a difference?

A Production Worker performs work activities in relation to the cutting, coating, fabrication, assembly and tempering of glass products. As a production worker you will:

  • Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
  • Read tags to verify material type, color, and size are correct.
  • Produce all products with minimal breakage and acceptable levels of quality.
  • Inspect all product to ensure it meets quality expectations prior to forwarding to next operator.
  • Participate in maintenance of equipment and cleanup of work area to ensure safety and productivity goals are met.

Skills you need to be successful:

• One year of production experience or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Read a tape measure.
• Math skills.
• Read/write English.
