“Choosing to begin my professional career with Masco Corporation through the ACE program has been the best decision I could have made. The ACE program has given me exposure to different cross-functional departments and the chance to explore different career paths within the organization. After just a few weeks of beginning my first rotation at BrassCraft, I was given the chance to assist in the launch of a new product as an Associate Product Manager and also learn all the skills necessary to drive a new product to market. I can certainly say that I have been learning and growing at BrassCraft from the very start. The ACE program has provided me with all the resources, support system, and development opportunities I need to become the leader I want to be. I am pleased with my decision to join Masco, and I am excited to see what challenges and learnings my next rotation will bring.”

“As an undergrad, I was interested not only in engineering positions but also in management roles, and Masco has provided me with the perfect platform to explore both through the ACE program. As an engineering student, I never would have assumed to start my career in a product management role. However, putting myself out of my comfort zone has only made me learn so much more. In addition to exposure, what I really love about Masco is their open door policy. Everyone is so welcoming and always eager to help you. The sense of community is what brought me to Masco.”

“As a graduating senior in college, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted to do after graduation. Masco’s ACE program was a great option for me – a recent grad with a general degree (Statistics) – to explore both the internal and customer-facing aspects of a large, successful company. I’m enjoying my first placement as a Customer Marketing Manager in the e-commerce space, and I feel like I’m learning a lot each day. I’m excited about the chance to provide a cross-functional perspective to my second placement, and am very happy with the visibility, trajectory and rapid growth the ACE program has given me.”

“I’ve lived most of my life in the Midwest so moving to southern California has been exciting but also a growing experience. I love how the program brings you out of your comfort zone both professionally and personally. In the few months that I’ve been working as an ACE employee, I’ve learned so much about the inner workings of a business. In my role, I have high impact projects in supply chain, distribution, and even a project learning how to manufacture a brand new type of product. Masco Coatings is known as the best place to work in Orange County, and its culture starts from management. My daily managers and mentor are always encouraging open communication and asking for my opinion. My executive sponsor, who is the COO, meets with me formally every month and so far I’ve even been able to talk with him every week. He’s invested in my growth and always makes time when I have a question or concern. This kind of easy access to upper level management is something I never would have expected as a grad fresh out of college. I feel like I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time, and I’m excited to see how much I will grow in the next two years!”

“The ACE program has definitely been one of my most significant learning experiences. I’ve been thrown head first into difficult situations where I was required to think on my feet, and I am consistently challenged. I also have a lot of mentors with whom I am comfortable going to anytime I need any sort of advice, from something as simple as how to approach a certain person to how to go about pursuing learning a particular skill. As a matter of fact, to this day, I still have one-on-ones and receive advice from the person who gave me my very first interview a year ago while I was still in college. I think this is a testament to how much investment Masco puts into employee development.”
