We are hiring a Warranty Representative to join our Customer Service team!


Are you skilled at providing top tier support to partnering business customers?  The Warranty Representative will act as the liaison between dealers and their customers.  In this position you will be primarily responsible for verifying warranty coverage, approving service repairs, reviewing and processing warranty claims, and working closely with dealers to facilitate timely, positive resolutions.  In addition, you may generate warranty claim data reports, interpret data, analyze results and find trends to gain insights into product field performance.  This position will report to the Warranty Supervisor. 


  • Are you customer focused?  You will review and process warranty claims, elevating any warranty claim related issues that require management review or input to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.  You’ll also research claim data and warranty histories to successfully respond and address complex dealer inquiries.
  • Are you a strong communicator? You’ll be responsible for providing clear and concise information for both internal and external customer needs in the form of phone and email communication as well as drafting reports as requested.
  • Are you database savvy?  You’ll assist with our Warranty Database administrative duties and tasks on a routine basis.
  • Are you analytical?  You will identify, analyze, and interpret claim trends, or patterns, then generate meaningful warranty reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as needed. You’ll also explore historical data and discover patterns to support the adequacy of returns, elevating any warranty claim related issues that require management review/input. 


  • Bachelor's degree in service support or related field preferred. 
  • Two to three (2 – 3) years’ experience in customer service; experience with warranty claims is a plus.  The equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel databases and reporting software.  Microsoft Access and Visio are a plus.
  • Must be able to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary.
  • Excellent customer service to include phone and email etiquette with the ability to articulate information in a professional and thoughtful manner.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.
