Exciting opportunity to work with the IT department at Masco’s corporate headquarters in Livonia Michigan. This position will be working in our client services area that supports our headquarters and all of our business units across North America.  This is temporary assignment for approximately 12 months, with the potential of converting to a full time opportunity in the future.  Responsibilities will revolve around both second level support along with administration of multiple server environments. These areas include our printer management system, our computer imaging systems and others.  This position will be part of a two person team, but you will work with the entire IT department on different initiatives.


  • 2nd level IT support including triage and research for both internal and external customers
  • Do light administration in Windows Active Directory
  • Do light administration in Microsoft Exchange
  • Backup primary document management system administrator
  • Manage our Printers including our Ysoft printer management software and server
  • Manage our computer imaging servers and images
  • Administer life cycle management for our IP phones and Microsoft Surface Hubs


  • Minimum of 5 years of IT help desk/support experience
  • Proven communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Windows 10, Office 2016, Skype, SharePoint
  • Basic understanding of networks
  • Any Exchange Server or Windows Active directory experience a plus
  • Any printer management administration a plus
  • Any experience in document management a plus
