The Retail Experience team is responsible for the procurement of in-store color selection tools and collateral, including printed marketing materials, sales aids and in-store displays.  We are focused on creating retail programs that will help consumers more easily find their color, enjoy their in-store experience and increase sales.  For this role, we are seeking a candidate who can manage the day to day inventory and transactional needs, while creating a future state system that relies more on automation. 


  • Maintain, update, and reconcile inventory transactions for printed marketing materials, sales aids and in-store displays
  • Provide order quantities to buyers
  • Organize, track and coordinate merchandising and organizational support activities for existing marketing programs and services


Develop and maintain inventory reports at the daily, weekly and monthly time frames along with distribution center inventory stocking plan that ensures enough finished goods to ship customer orders 100% complete.

Update budget and planning reports and provide suggested order quantities to buyers in order to ensure on-time delivery in DC’s to avoid zero ship.

Use computerized inventory software system to research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Work closely with Suppliers, Distribution and Visual Merchandising to insure perpetual inventory system is timely and accurate.

Analyze and report on inventory age, balance, and coverage. 

Develop plans with Marketing and Sales to sell slow moving items and/or suggest partial scrap to increase inventory turns and to reduce dated materials.

Maintain Master Data in SAP in the areas of Material Master and Bill of Materials.

Research and correct discrepancies and perform root cause analysis and recommend procedural changes as necessary.

Monitor and report results of physical inventories.

Create presentation for senior management and lead projects as assigned.
