We are hiring a Sr. Marketing Copywriter to join our Marketing team!


Are you skilled at translating a brand message into an alluring story?  As the Senior Marketing Copywriter, you will report to the Senior Marketing Services Manager and will be chiefly responsible for developing all the print, email, social and digital marketing content and communications.  This position will primarily interface with the Hot Spring® Spas and Caldera® Spas Brand and Product Managers, digital and creative teams, and vendor partners to craft communications for internal and external audiences that effectively expand awareness, adoption and affinity for our core spa brands.


  • Are you a compelling storyteller?  A majority of this role is dedicated to writing, editing, and updating marketing and corporate communications across a variety of platforms.  This will include but is not limited to the following: website copy, print collateral, advertising, emails, radio/video scripts, social media content, media releases, positioning documents, sales tools, product announcements, promotional materials, and training presentations.
  • Can you articulate and distinguish multiple brands?  You will mainly support our core spa brands, Caldera® Spas and Hot Spring® Spas, to ensure a consistent execution of each brand’s style, tone, personality and messaging per the style guides.  In addition to developing new content, you will also update brand guides as needed.
  • Can you strategically position a message?  Another key area will entail how to deploy certain messaging and communications.  To achieve this, you will build and maintain brand and category knowledge through understanding brand strategies, target consumers, product offerings, marketing plans, competitors and industry trends.
  • Are you a team player?  You will assist with communications across the brand, product, creative, and digital marketing teams internally as well as with other vendor partners on new company initiatives, product enhancements, and program introductions to name a few. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing communications, public relations, agency or corporate communications arena.  The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience must include marketing and corporate writing. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment, are required to be successful in this position.
