Job Description

Support the analysis and development of the financial information required to successfully execute the company’s core business and innovations. The analyst will work with people at all levels of the organization (senior management, functional leadership and staff) to report, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators and produce insights on the results.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze actual operating results and identify key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantify actual results versus Budget as well as latest forecast.
  • Assist in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools.
  • Deliver presentations to help summarize Actual to Budget results in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format.
  • Detailed support and analysis of the company’s revenue forecast and departmental budget.
  • Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the company’s annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Responsible for developing financial modeling, financial statement analysis, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiative.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models to monitor pricing trends across various product sets and assess performance and impact on P&L.
  • Carry out data mining projects to discover data anomalies and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and present monthly operational performance reviews to executive management.

Education /  Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Accounting and Financial roles.
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred
