Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Coordinator, at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Support Dealer sales team in tactical execution of projects, initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and driving customer resolution. This role resides at the corporate headquarters.


  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to provide exceptional service to dealer customers.
  • Support Sales execution of key activities including product launches, promotions, merchandising, and displays by working with Dealer sales team.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication between sales team and the organization on initiatives and priorities.
  • Execute with a sense of urgency to implement timely solution for the customer, including coordinating issue resolution efforts with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Regional Dealer Sales Directors to define scope of projects and required level of support.
  • Support Strategy team in the documentation on sales processes, policies, relevant sales training materials, and assist with onboarding new sales talent.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions to aid in sales meetings, customer events, trade shows, and training activities.
  • Create channel distribution lists, sales communications, and announcements.
  • Facilitate daily support for sales team to drive execution and enable problem resolution.
  • Review and audit internal documents including customer exhibits for accuracy.


  • 3+ years prior experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Agile self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to build positive partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Proficient project management skills with a deadline orientation and focus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally is required.
  • Familiarity with the cabinet industry and/or dealers is a plus.
