Milgard is seeking Warehouse/Production Workers to join our team in Temecula, CA.  As a Warehouse/Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in a variety of production, shipping and warehousing job tasks for the leading window manufacturer in the Western United States.

This is a swing shift opportunity starting at 4pm with possible mandatory overtime as required.

The Warehouse/Production Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within the department. Some key functions include:

  • Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Damages, and Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping.
  • Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures.
  • Reflects Milgard's Core Values: Focus on the Customer, Cultivate High Performance Teams, Respect for the Individual, Continuously Improve, and Drive for Results.

Viable candidates will possess 1 -2 years of prior work experience.

Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
