Fiberglass Pultrusion Production Worker jobs in Fife, Washington are available at Milgard Windows and Doors on all shifts - Day, Swing, & Grave Shifts. As a Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in producing Fiberglass product for the leading window manufacturer in the Western United States. You will directly affect all aspects of the current operation, which includes safety, quality, productivity and performance. Milgard Windows & Doors is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the Western United States with operations in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and Texas.

Production Worker job responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Quality, Units per Man Hour, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap.
  • Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures.
  • Reflects Milgard's Core Values: focus on the customer, cultivate high performance, respect for the individual, continuously improve, and drive for results.
  • Ability to read a tape measure, read/write English, operate various tools, and work in a team environment.


  • Two - three years of work experience.
  • One or more years of production experience preferred
  • Also, knowledge of safe working practices is a plus.

Working in the production environment does require prolonged standing, repetitive motions – bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
