Responsible for managing accurate pricing structures and programs in various systems as well as being the point of contact for pricing and program related questions.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of program changes and promotions.
  • Provide systems support in regards to pricing, program, and promotion concerns.
  • Collaborate to define business processes, document business and systems requirements, conceptual designs and/or feasibility studies for proposed system capabilities.
  • Assist pricing team to plan and implement programs.
  • Assist in the daily administration of dealer programs including maintaining program tracking tools, databases, preparing program metric reports, customer statements, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate with Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing, Information Systems, Sales and Billing to ensure efficient, timely and accurate program administration.
  • Support the Pricing and Sales teams by monitoring the systems proactively to ensure programs function as intended and there is no disruption to the external customers. 
  • Support and facilitate the contract review process.
  • Ensure program administration is compliant with internal compliance and SOX requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration or related field. 
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision


  • Prior ERP experience (Oracle, SAP).
  • Building and/or cabinetry industry experience.
