Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Merchandising Operations Project Coordinator position at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Liaise with merchandising and manufacturing to coordinate the delivery of customer displays to meet installation dates.


  • Coordinate and execute display, product launch materials, PR, and other no charge order placement, production scheduling, delivery scheduling, and communication with the sales team, production and marketing departments for all product lines.
  • Effectively communicate project deliverables to all necessary parties and work through risks, timelines, etc. 
  • Handle special display expedited orders and shipments to meet customer timelines.
  • Assist with maintaining third-party display vendor inventories.
  • Maintain multiple project spreadsheet trackers for cross functional group communication.
  • Create and run queries to monitor display order progress.
  • Participate in process mapping events as liaison between marketing and production.
  • Ability to handle issues and risks and communicate with all necessary parties.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or 8 years of manufacturing production control experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two years production control, scheduling and/or project coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Product knowledge of all Masco Cabinetry lines.
  • Knowledge of Unidata and Oracle operating systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.


  • One year company and product experience.
  • Prior query writing and running experience.
  • Prior home center marketing experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen activities and Six Sigma processes.
