We are hiring a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our Marketing team!

IN A NUTSHELL

Do you have a passion for developing and administering marketing programs? As the Marketing Programs Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team in the execution of strategies, plans and marketing activities that help specialty retail dealers effectively use marketing programs.  You will also focus on developing optimized and automated programs to consumers online and offline. The key responsibilities of this position include: development, implementation and administration of dealer programs, dealer and Regional Sales Manager support, project management and support of promotions along with other initiatives that drive business growth.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Are you resourceful and organized? You will work with the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience and Brand Managers to develop, coordinate, enhance, launch and administer new and existing marketing programs while focusing on increasing dealer participation in, and effective use of, marketing programs. These programs include, but are not limited to: co-op, consumer financing, Access portal, dealer extranet, and dealer incentive trip.
  • Are you a team player? You’ll collaborate with other marketing staff to support various national and local marketing efforts and promotions as well as support marketing automation, artificial intelligence, and other campaigns as it relates to dealers and end consumers.
  • Are you customer focused?  You will provide excellent customer service to dealers and Regional Sales Managers in the support of all marketing programs and national campaigns. You will also manage day to day activities with agencies developing websites for dealers.
  • Can you train others? You’ll assist with identifying opportunities for training, then following through on the development and execution of a training curriculum that helps with the utilization of programs. You will conduct trainings via online webinars and in-person presentations at conferences, meetings, and special events.
  • Are you a wordsmith? You will draft communications regarding messages related to marketing programs and the dealer incentive trip.
  • Are you a creative thinker?  You will collaborate with the Business Development team to create tailored marketing programs presentations to help acquire dealer prospects in open markets.
  • Are you detail oriented? You’ll assist with planning for the dealer incentive trip and annual dealer meetings including logistics, event planning, trip registration tracking and monthly mailings.
  • Do you look for ways to stay current?  You’ll keep ahead of general marketing and retail marketing trends through personal development and growth by attending trainings, certifications, webinars, networking events, and other opportunities to sharpen your knowledge. 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Two to three (2-3) years of marketing programs, marketing automation/CRM or general marketing experience. Retail marketing experience a plus.  The equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may be considered.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, etc…
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to manage third party vendors effectively.
  • Ability to conduct trainings at large public forums, small group settings and in one-on-one situations.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.  Strong ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel 5% of the time.
