We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our AHS, Freeflow Spas® and Fantasy Spas® teams!

IN A NUTSHELL

Are you an organized, customer focused professional with an eye for details?  This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team while supporting a wide variety of activities.  In this role, your key responsibilities will include administrative support, dealer support, project management and other initiatives to aid in the growth and expansion of the company’s products and overall brand strategy.  As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the AHS Director of Sales and Marketing, Brand Managers for both AHS and Freeflow Spas® & Fantasy Spas®, the Sales team and the Product Management team.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Can you edit and write? You will be asked to edit various marketing materials and announcements for grammar, spelling, punctuation and syntax.  This position often interfaces with our external network and will entail sending out communications to Dealers and channel partners with clarity, speed, consistency and accuracy.
  • Are you customer focused? This position will require a commitment to excellent customer service by fielding Dealer calls and responding to emails in a timely manner. You will also communicate updates to Dealer Support while managing Dealer inquiries and special requests.
  • Are you website savvy? You’ll audit and update all departmental websites including intranet sites, Dealer extranets and ancillary sites for accuracy and relevancy.
  • Are you a team player? You’ll provide administrative assistance to the Brand Managers, Business Manager, Product Managers and the Sales team. You will also provide back-up for and collaborate with other department team members to support various marketing efforts and promotions.
  • Are you organized and detail oriented? You will assist the Brand Managers in supporting Point of Purchase (POP) and merchandising programs as a liaison for: cost, coordinating inventory, shipping and requisitioning purchases. You will oversee marketing material inventory by utilizing material requirements planning (MRP) reports, projecting dealer consumption levels and recommending reorder quantities along with issuing purchase orders.
  • Do you enjoy creative activities? You’ll assist the Brand Managers with photoshoots, videography and other marketing asset preparation.  Separately, you’ll participate in event planning for fundraising across both brands on an annual basis.
  • Are you quality minded? You will manage all aspects of document control in accordance with ISO procedures and ensure that department training records remain current and up-to-date.
  • Can you meet deadlines? You’ll be responsible for developing, coordinating and effectively managing timelines for departmental projects.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related area and 1- 2 years related experience and/or training.  The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Capacity and comfort level to adapt to new, different or changing requirements and ability to learn quickly when facing new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.
  • This job may require some travel (5-10%) at conferences/meetings, photoshoots, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
