The role of the Maintenance Mechanic is to maintain smooth and continuous operation of equipment necessary to support the production and packaging process, maintain and repair manufacturing machinery and facilities, and troubleshoot and tackle maintenance-related problems including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry problems.





Do You Have Experience With?

  • Providing receipt and interpretation of work orders.
  • Providing analysis of maintenance problems and determine cause of problems and offer possible solutions.
  • Reading & interpreting diagrams, schematics, and specifications, as applicable.
  • Performing adjustments and repair for mechanical and electrical components and replace when necessary.
  • Periodically performing preventative maintenance tasks.
  • With valves, pump controls and mixing equipment in the Millroom.
  • Understanding the ins and outs of shakers, pumps, filling machines and conveyors in the Filling Room
  • Understanding the operation of the case packer, bail‑o‑matic, tape machine and conveyors on the filling line.
  • Understanding the function of the operation the machines in the production cycle.
  • Providing painting services on multiple surfaces using a brush, roller, or spray gun at various heights.
  • Maintaining the lubrication of all the equipment requiring maintenance such as conveyor belts, drives and forklifts in order to ensure accurate function.


If YOU:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Are legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Have a minimum four (4) years experience within the maintenance field.
  • Have experience in electrical (480V; 3PH power)
  • Have working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) and motor controls.
