Delta Faucet Company has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer at our Jackson, TN facility! This role is part of the plant Maintenance Engineering team. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of and experience with maintenance, operations and processes.


The Maintenance Engineer is required to provide support and technical expertise to Maintenance & Facility associates, as well Plant Engineering Manager. The Maintenance Engineer will work with the Managers, Teams, and Employees to focus on equipment, building and grounds.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Lean Programs that have been identified / outlined (5S, Kaizen, One Piece Flow, Value Stream Mapping, Eco-valuation, etc.).
  • Willingness to seek new responsibilities and projects when called upon.
  • Ability to generate purchase requisitions
  • Providing technical support for repair and lubrication of equipment as needed as well as maintaining Building & Grounds.
  • Maintaining PPM and PM programs including vibration, oil analysis, and infrared analysis.
  • Maintaining PM program within the CMMS system.
  • TPM program.
  • Analyze equipment uptime and history.
  • Installation of new equipment.
  • Knowledgeable and able to apply OEE for trouble shooting equipment/processes.
  • Ability to analyze proposed installation of new equipment and facilities for maintainability.
  • Track assets and set up in SAP.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities and projects.

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent years of experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years in a manufacturing facility that deals with metal cutting, polishing, plating and / or finishing.
  • Within the 15 years of manufacturing experience, 10 of it must be performing a Maintenance Engineer role.
  • Knowledgeable in the basics on various Problem Solving techniques, Statistics, Maintenance planning and scheduling, and be able to read blueprints along with ability to work in and navigate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook as required.
