Excited to join the leadership team of a fast-paced omnichannel distribution center that thrives on teamwork and growth? This person will provide outstanding leadership to our 2nd shift team to achieve exceptional results in a positive, people-first manner. Teach, coach, and develop leaders and staff. Responsible for all operational activities in the DC on your shift. Build and execute successful strategies to get results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Continuously look for ways to improve the DC, and encourage and mentor your team to drive improvements every day.


  • Lead a shift of 4-5 team leaders and 70 team members.
  • Achieve business results in a collaborative environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership support to staff members.
  • Build a high-performing team by ensuring every team member has the training, tools, and accountability to succeed.
  • Lead projects across the DC and site to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support team members by ensuring payroll, vacation requests, etc are processed accurately and timely.

Education & Experience:

  • Associates’ degree
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong development/mentoring background.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results under pressure.
  • Focused on continuous learning and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or related software applications.
  • Able to work 2nd shift (M-F 2:30pm - 11pm).
