Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative, with a major retail home center, in the Long Island, NY territory!

Use your passion for customer service and expertise in remodeling to help bring beautiful kitchen designs to life. This position will provide on-site customer service in consumers’ homes by inspecting delivered cabinetry and working with the consumer, installers, designers, manufacturing and customer care to ensure the project is ready for installation


  • In-home inspection of customer’s cabinetry order to ensure that all orders have been delivered damage-free and any damage or warranty issues are handled before installation
  • Work with designers and installers to facilitate kitchen remodel projects and help bring a consumer’s dream to life.
  • Work cross functionally with sales, logistics, customer care and designers to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Proactive communication with consumers to schedule in-home visits and follow ups.
  • Work with customer care and manufacturing to address all customer concerns when needed.


  • Experience in kitchen and bath cabinets and/or custom millwork installation
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
