Responsible for tracking environmental metrics, filing documents and record keeping to ensure compliance with all Federal and State environmental laws. Responsible for conducting inspections and assisting with green initiatives, at the plant level.


•         Review and maintain environmental reports and documents to include production hours, Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer Downtime, Chartograms, Volatile Organic Compound, National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, Permit by Rule, Maximum Allowable Emission Rate Table, Acetone, Particulate Matter Calculations  and etc. for facility.

•         Track usage and cost savings for hazardous waste, finishing gallons used, waste generated, waste shipped and report to corporate.          

•         Maintain data on electricity, natural gas and water usage.

•         Assist Department Managers with ongoing recycling efforts and set-up of new recycling programs.

•         Maintain the Industrial Organization for Standardization (ISO) web, provide ISO training and Conduct ISO audits.

•         Participate in Tomorrow’s Thinking Today (TTT) activities at plant including tracking of TTT projects and best practices.

•         Responsible for Contractor, Regulatory Constant Report’s and Certified Product Data Sheet Management.

•         Assists Safety Coordinator as needed and reviews Material Safety Data Sheets for safety and environmental. 

•         Conduct environmental Inspections.


•         Associates degree or equivalent experience

•         Detailed oriented

•         Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

•         Strong math skills


•         Knowledge of environmental regulations
